The Role

• As EVM Developer Relations Lead, you’ll be the primary technical advocate for MANTRA’s
• Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) ecosystem. You’ll drive adoption by enabling developers to
• build on MANTRA through world-class content, tooling, and community engagement. You
• will act as the connector between developers, engineering, and product—ensuring the EVM
• developer experience is second to none.
• This is a hands-on, technical role with real influence on product direction and ecosystem
• growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as MANTRA’s EVM technical champion, ensuring developers can onboard and succeed with minimal friction.
• Create developer content: tutorials, sample dApps, starter kits, code walkthroughs, and documentation tailored for EVM on MANTRA.
• Build and maintain demo applications that highlight EVM on MANTRA, with a focus on RWAs and DeFi use cases.
• Provide direct support to developers through forums, social channels, and technical workshops.
• Organise hackathons, workshops, and webinars that drive measurable growth in active developers.
• Serve as a feedback channel between the community and MANTRA’s engineering / product teams.
• Represent MANTRA at industry conferences and developer events globally.
• Build relationships with key developers and influencers in the Ethereum ecosystem.

What Success Looks Like

• Growth in active EVM developers on MANTRA month over month.
• Delivery of new developer tooling, docs, and starter kits that become reference points for the community.
• Hackathons and workshops that convert into shipped dApps on MANTRA.
• Positive developer sentiment and reduced friction across the EVM developer journey.
• Clear influence on product roadmap from developer feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Developer Relations, Advocacy, or Community roles with a focus on EVM/Ethereum.
• Strong Solidity expertise and familiarity with Ethereum development tools (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Remix).
• Track record of producing technical content and resources that educate and engage developers.
• Experience leading workshops, hackathons, or speaking at industry events.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to break down complex concepts.
• Passion for blockchain, open source, and community building.
• Comfortable working across global, distributed teams.
