The Superintendent – Learning & Development is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all leadership training and development initiatives at ArcelorMittal Liberia’s Yekepa site. This role ensures alignment with the company’s localization plan, talent development objectives, and succession planning strategies. The incumbent will collaborate with Heads of Departments and HR leadership to design, implement, and monitor programs that enhance workforce capability, foster leadership growth, and support the company’s long-term sustainability goals.
