About The Role

  • Develop multi-platform Paid Social strategies that achieve measurable results
  • Build and maintain client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, presenting strategic recommendations, delivering insights and resolving campaign-related challenges
  • Explore and utilise new platforms or methodologies to improve campaign performance and client value
  • Create and implement comprehensive Paid Social strategies aligned with client goals and market trends
  • Guide and support junior team members, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Oversee campaign performance across accounts, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to meet KPIs
  • Be proficient in managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of how paid social integrates with other channels
  • Lead large-scale campaigns, such as product launches or seasonal promotions, ensuring outstanding performance
  • Develop and refine processes for campaign setup, reporting and optimisation to enhance team efficiency

  • You have extensive working experience in Paid Social managing high spending, complex accounts
  • You have an innovation mindset and a passion for improving processes
  • You can define a strategy and work with a team to make that strategy come to life
  • You have hands-on experience building relationships with platforms, including Meta and TikTok, and a detailed technical knowledge of the platforms
  • You have a passion for data, an analytical mindset and love all things social
  • You understand the role Paid Social and creator content play in the wider social strategy
  • You love building a rapport with people and have experience building productive relationships
  • You understand how to utilise new industry developments and technology
  • You’re a confident communicator
  • You’re self-motivated, ambitious and strive to be pioneering
