Job Description

Main Responsibilities to include, but not limited to

Assisting the Brand Consulting team in the execution of upcoming projects across sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and content
Assisting in the planning and delivery of event operations, including but not limited to coordination of logistics, vendor management, and on-the-ground execution
Availability to support events and project deliverables outside standard business hours, including occasional weekend work, as required
Conducting desk research to support brand and client servicing and business development initiatives
Providing ad hoc support across broader team functions as required

Requirements and Qualifications

An undergraduate/recent graduate of any discipline (marketing/sports background a plus)
Strong work ethic, organised and detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
A team player, with a “can-do” attitude
Passionate about sports, entertainment, culture, and talent/influencer marketing is a plus
Well-versed with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) on both Microsoft and Apple interfaces
Proficiency in Mandarin and/or any other Asian. Language is a plus
Minimum commitment of 6 months will be ideal
