LR_Coordinator -Local Talent Acquisition (402868)

The coordinator – Local Talent Acquisition is responsible for coordinating and supporting the attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding of local talent across ArcelorMittal Liberia. The role ensures that recruitment activities are conducted efficiently professionally, and in compliance with company policies, procedures, Labor regulations, and diversity and inclusion objectives.

The incumbent partners with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify workforce requirements, coordinate recruitment campaigns, maintain talent pipelines, and facilitate a positive candidate experience while ensuring the acquisition of competent and qualified employees to meet organizational needs
