Experience

We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.

Required experience for this roll

• Several years’ experience working as a Scrum master
• Technology management in projects including architecture design
• Technical guidance and evaluation
• Enterprise application development in Elasticsearch
• Provide coding and best practice approaches to developers
• JAVA, Spring

• DevOps
• Enhancing team capabilities to increase team productivity
• Working with CI/CD tool chains
• Maven, Gradle, Ansible, Elastic X-pack, PoolParty

• Assignment description
• - Lead and follow up on activities and initiatives according to Scrum
• - Facilitate the daily standup, set up retrospectives, sprint reviews
• - Take part in Devops process development
• - Coach the team both on individual level and team level
• - Support the team in prioritizing the daily work
• Location: Göteborg

Starting: Asap

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant roll

As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
