About The Role

Summary of the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process and record journal entries.
Handle and book suppliers' and clients' invoices.
Process and book bank transactions on a weekly basis.
Perform monthly reconciliations for suppliers, clients, and intercompany accounts.
Conduct weekly bank and cash reconciliations.
Calculate and post monthly asset depreciation.
Process accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis.
Assist with the month-end and year-end closing schedules.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience in SAP is mandatory
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
