Key Responsibilities

• Qualify ~5 inbound leads daily via email, update Pipedrive CRM, and hand off warm leads to sales.
• Log eBay sales into the ERP system (Reuse OS), allocate inventory, and update SKU counts post-sale.
• Book UPS shipments, generate labels, and send pick lists to the warehouse team.
• Filter inboxes, draft standard email replies, manage calendars, and coordinate team admin tasks (e.g., contract updates).
• Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest smarter ways to operate.

Position Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Prior experience with platforms like eBay, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
• Demonstrated experience in administrative support, lead pre-qualification, and CRM maintenance.
• Previous experience using ERP software (e.g., Reuse OS) is a big plus.

Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM | Observed UK Holiday
