The Stock Assistant / Runner plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring the smooth flow of products between the stockroom and the sales floor. This position requires speed, precision, discretion, and a strong sense of service, contributing directly to an elevated client experience. You will work closely with Client Advisors, Store Management, and Back\-of\-House teams to maintain impeccable stock organization and support sales activities during peak moments.

• Product Handling — Prepare, move, and deliver items from the stockroom to the sales floor quickly and safely.
• Replenishment — Ensure timely restocking of products, packaging materials, and sales tools.
• Support to Sales Team — Assist Client Advisors during client appointments, peak hours, and special events.
• Quality Check — Inspect items before delivery to the sales floor, ensuring they meet brand quality standards.
• Inventory Activities — Participate in cycle counts, annual inventory, and stock accuracy checks.
• Packaging \& Preparation — Prepare packaging, gift wrapping, and product presentation materials.
• Operational Support — Assist with deliveries, transfers, and shipments according to internal procedures.
• Boutique Standards — Ensure all back\-of\-house areas meet the brand’s standards of organization, cleanliness, and security.
• Profile \& Skills
• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, logistics, or stockroom operations is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently during peak traffic.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and respect for luxury client expectations.
• Team player, proactive, and able to support colleagues with a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina and ability to move products safely and quickly.
• Comfort with fast\-paced environments and multitasking.
• Basic IT skills (stock systems, tablets, scanners).
