THE OPPORTUNITY

NuORDER is seeking an amazing integration specialist who can lead the integration efforts between our clients and other third-party software ( particularly ERP/PLM solutions ). The ideal candidate will have experience in working cross-functional teams and developing key relationships with stakeholders.

Specifically…

  • Manage integrations between NuORDER and our clients' back-of-house or third party software platforms:
  • Project planning, setup, testing & validation, rollout, and support.
  • Gather client requirements and make recommendations based on NuORDER’s functionality and best practices.
  • Analyze and validate data from client, provide feedback, and troubleshoot through any potential issues that may arise.
  • Work with product management/development teams to plan and execute feature improvements and customizations.
  • Work with client to develop a rollout strategy -- they will be changing the way they work and you will be dealing with varying levels of resistance/acceptance.
  • Coordinate with Client Services team to oversee brand setup, training, and launch.
  • Provide ongoing support & troubleshooting post-launch.
  • Cultivate relationships with relevant software companies, brands, and retailers.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • EDUCATION: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of software integration experience.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills, as this is a client-facing role.
  • Exceptional ability to tackle problems through logic. You will be coming up with the best way to get from A to B using the tools/functions available.
  • Functional or working knowledge of EDI, ERP systems and Software implementation.
  • Strong grasp of data analysis and manipulation -- you will be using Excel on a daily basis.
  • Able to learn new software programs quickly and intuitively.
  • Love a challenge and take satisfaction in getting the job done.
  • Fashion industry, wholesale, e-commerce, or IS/SaaS experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP software is a huge benefit, though not required.
  • Experience with software rollouts a plus.
