Achieve monitoring targets (Remote calls, side by side monitoring or real time monitoring)Assess the quality and accuracy of the calls / documents monitored / evaluated including critical / fatal errorsPerform additional monitoring for nesting associates, bottom performers and outliersDocument quality scores, and specific observations/ feedback/ comments in the monitoring form.Provide feedback to the process (Associates) on evaluations done. Conduct process meetingProvide frequency based feedback / coaching on quality issues.
