As a Consultant Manager it is important that you have an innovative and creative mind-set and interest in developing our newly created User Experience team.

A strong quality focus and a personal drive is also important to reach the objectives and targets set for your group, understanding how these contributes to the Volvo Group vision and strategy.

Required competencies

Strong experience from IT consulting within User Experience competence area

Innovative and proactive attitude in order to develop the newly created UX team and its deliveries

Genuine interest and proven experience in developing and coaching people and team

Ability to, in an inspiring way, communicate vision, strategy and objectives

Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other equivalent education Group IT Consulting aim to be the best internal IT Consulting organization in the industry

We are now looking for a User Experience (UX) Consultant Manager with a passion for developing people and business

As Consultant Manager you will have the responsibility to lead and develop a group focusing on User Experience. You will support the Volvo Group by providing professional services - built on a unique combination of Volvo business knowledge and UX competence. You will also drive change initiatives to further develop Group IT and the UX area globally.

Location: Gothenburg, Swedish language skills required
