Director of a branch of UK Payment Institution

Responsibilities

• to manage the activity of the branch in Sweden, with personal responsibility for the quality of work in payment institute and results;
• to cooperate with the National Bank of Sweden, tax and other local competent authorities;
• to cooperate with partners, banks and other payment institutions;
• to arrange everyday work in the office;
• to carry out and attain the mission and the goals of the business unit managed;
• to liaise with staff, suppliers and clients;

• . Report to Head Office Managing Director on all aspects relating to branch activity
• . Provide reports related to branch activity to present to Head Office Board of Directors

Qualification requirements

• bachelor degree in economy or finances: MBA degree will be considered as an advantage;
• minimum of 3 years management experience in the banking area or financial institute;
• experience in payments: knowledge of the money remittance system and experience working for a payment institution is an advantage;
• knowledge of local laws and reports according to PSD2;
• ability to lead and develop a branch and its staff members.
• fluent in Sweden and English languages;
