About The Role

SCOR IT department provides IT services and support to all SCOR Group worldwide and is organized around 3 pillars: Functional (Projects & Maintenance), Technical (Infrastructure, Production & Support), and Management & Control.

IT Technical provides and operates IT infrastructure to run securely SCOR information system, maintaining digital workplace up to date and delivering end user support. Key activities are:

  • Technical Architecture
  • Technical PMO
  • Operational Security
  • Infrastructure
  • Production
  • End User Experience/IT Support

The Support team (24 internal people) ensures support Level 1 to end-users who face issues with their IT equipment (hardware, connection, …) and/or software.

This global team gathers more than165 people across 12 locations in 3 hubs

  • Americas: Charlotte, Leawood, Kansas City, New York
  • APAC: Mumbai, Beijin, Singapore
