Required experience for this role

• Experience of Quality Assurance positions
• . in Mechatronics, Automation, CS or equivalent. . is considered meritorious
• Experience from software development methodology
• Experience from reviewing processes, procedures

• Working language: English
• Wanted competence

• Profound knowledge of SW and/or HW engineering
• Quality Assurance experience
• Knowledge of SW maturity models (ISO15504, Automotive SPICE, CMMi, etc.)
• Knowledge in AGILE methodology and SAFe is meritorious.

About the position

• Your will work as a SW Quality Assurance engineer in the automotive industry
• Main responsibilities
• Assure that the defined SW processes and methods are used and that their related work products (such as requirement documents, plans etc.) are developed with intended quality
• Proactively act and recommend activities and decisions that affect the projects ability to reach defined targets.
• Support the Project Leaders to identify and manage the items and assignments that lead to that the project’s quality targets, checkpoints and key activities are fulfilled
• Provide internal training in SW Engineering and Quality Assurance where needed
• Review processes, procedures, templates, and report deviations and lacks in the definition of processes, procedures etc.
• Assist in maintenance and development of processes, procedures, templates etc.

The Consultant roll

As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
