It is a collaborative environment where your key stakeholders are senior management and line managers in Sweden and abroad. What you will do As our new HR Reward Specialist, you will be part of a team of 11 working in the Reward team. You will focus on: -The main purpose of this role is to drive local implementation of global reward policies and initiatives -The role is also expected to support in managing the local benefits portfolio -You will be working closely with our Mobility Specialists to support Tetra Pak's mobile employees on reward related matters -Future development and career opportunities will be available within mobility, compensation, benefits and individual taxes, depending on your own interest and performance. -You will be working closely together with our Mobility Specialists as well as external providers to support Tetra Pak's mobile employees on reward related matters This position will be located in Lund, Sweden but you will be working in a global setting. Who you are We believe that you are a person with lot of energy, a passion for figures and ability to deliver on time and under pressure. To build and maintain successful relations with senior stakeholders comes natural to you. Furthermore, you are business oriented and possess a problem-solving mindset with the best solution for all parts in mind. To be successful in this position you have 5 years' experience from HR or Finance as well as from working in international environments. Experience from compensation & benefits as well as mobility is a plus. You probably have a University degree within HR and/or Business Administration and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
