We work actively and cross functionally with our counterparts both within GTS, GTP, GTT and internally within GTO.

The position CA-Designer Chassis belongs to the Design team within Customer Adaptation Function with the main task to support and carry out specific design changes requested by customers. As a CA-Designer you will get involved with the complete chassie and cab and also will have a wide range of contacts both within GTO, GTT and GTS. You will review specific design changes requested from both internal and external customer.

Responsibilities and main tasks will be

To create and adapt technical solutions for Chassis and Cab built in the EM-factories after request from CA Offering

To work in close cooperation with CA Offering, Production Engineering, all parts of the CA process in the Tuve factory, Central Design (GTT) and with our counterparts in Gent and Umeå

To be able to work both individually and in cross functional groups

To contribute to the development of the products and the working methods

To monitor and follow the quality of the design solutions

To contribute and participate in the product and process projects

To drive for the “best practice” in order to reach efficiency
