We expect that you have experience in

At least 3 years experience in line management, preferably from a complex matrix organization

Preferably a degree in engineering or computer science or similar experience

Experience from recruitment and people management

Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams

A background within IT, software engineering and agile development

A global and agile mindset

Strong interest in process improvements

Fluent in English - both written and spoken About Us

Role mission and Context

The Line Managers at WirelessCar are responsible for reaching defined targets by supporting the development of the employees and creating an inspiring climate. You will manage a group of Developers, Systems Analysts and/or Quality Assurance Specialists located in Sweden. Group members, employees and consultants, will do their daily work in one of the Customer Programs

Key Responsibilities

• Resource and capacity management; ensure that the right competence and resource availability exists for the Customer programs.
• Recruitment of new employees
• Performance management of employees, including goal setting, feedback, salary setting and other recognition.
• Coaching and employee development
• Co-ordinate activities with other parts of the organization and external partners
