Volvo Penta knows the importance of building a life cycle relation with our customers as we believe this is the key to success. At Front Office you will contribute to this by taking on the role as a key player within the Nordic market and our OEM customers and dealer network.

Main activities and responsibilities

Your main task within this role is to secure a fast and qualitatively secured order process support for the complete Volvo Penta engine to our OEMs and dealers.

The position includes order handling with a technical touch. You will be a key player for improving new ways of working both internally and together with our customers

You will work closely with other functions within Nordic like Sales, Technical Application, Business and Credit Control and also interface with functions in Central Logistic and Region Europe for resolving certain issues.

You will have both an operative role as well as be a part of developing our strategy to create an even more valuable support to our OEMs and dealer network.
