Excellent understanding of Product development and specifically aftermarket in product development

BSc / MSc Master of Science or equivalent

Minimum 5-10 years’ experience from product development in truck or car industry

In our Aftermarket team we are now looking for key player who want to be part of developing our processes and procedures for Project and Quality Journal Management. Here you have an opportunity to be part of a highly international and professional team. Our focus area is to deliver solutions and services for the mechanics and parts personnel at dealerships and other service points around the world.

Your mission

Operatively responsible for the performance and the improvement of the Aftermarket project management process

Responsibilities

Actively develop, improve and follow-up processes, methods, tools and standards related to the area in accordance with the global responsibilities

Report to Process Owner and the AMT process governance fora

Leader of the process development work and the AMPO Process Team (PSKU)

Manage the resources dedicated for process development within Aftermarket Project Office

Deliver results according to decided process targets

Support all Project Office globally with general process management

Manage and develop the business management system

Review and benchmark with similar internal and external departments / way of working to take advantage of best practice and ways of working to give continuous improvement

Support both external and internal audits to ensure ISO-fulfillment

Represent Project Office and AMT in various GTT process foras
