Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience

We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.

Required experience for this roll

• Lots of experience as DBA in MS environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016, T-SQL;
• Reviewing, optimizing, and tuning database objects;
• Knowledge in modeling/designing schema database solutions.
• Knowledge in database DevOps.
• Knowledge of infrastructure (basic however not required)

Work language: English

Meriting

• Swedish
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008
• Experience in TFS, Visual Studio 2015, SQL server management studio

Your tasks

• work as a senior DBA for MS SQL
• Helping as a second line support for database issues
• Contacting customers if requires (offline users)
• Deploying database release packages on production servers.
• Handling performance issues on production servers
• Upgrade matrix servers from SQL 2008 to SQL 2016

The Consultant roll

As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
