Position: Industrial Engineer

Job Specifications

• In coordination with project requirements, responsible for new projects from concept through to the production process, including following the environmental and health and safety policies and continuous improvement.
• Development and improvement of assembly processes and tooling including all stages of project through to serial production.
• Industrialization of machines equipment, study and calculation of times of the different operations from the process
• Calculations and preparation of offers for assembly concepts for new acquisitions.
• Pre-production planning in the customer team for all products in the life cycle in close cooperation with Central pre-production and factory personnel. Planning of assembly lines, tool and fixtures including the slection and development of new suppliers for equipment.

Qualifications

• Work experience with focus on production technology in automobile/ supplier industry
• University degree / at least 2 years professional experience in engineering field, 1 year in production
• Technical and administrative skills
• Methods eg. FMEA, DFA knowledge, MTM, SAP, Poka-Yoke, Project management, PC-Office etc.
• Communicative and persuasive negotiation strengths, ability to work in team, creative, adaptive
• Language skills: fluently written and oral in English and Swedish
