About The Role

Summary of Job Duties

  • Condley and Company, LLP is hiring a Manager (5+ years experience) for its Client Advisory Services (CAS) department.
  • CAS managers with Condley and Company engage with clients' complex accounting situations, providing them with peace of mind and the opportunity to add value to their businesses.

CAS managers

  • Review payroll, accounts payable, payroll tax reports, sales tax reports, general ledgers, and other related accounting services tasks
  • See the big picture for clients' business, objectives, and industry; think creatively to solve business problems as well as team conflict
  • Take responsibility for service quality, thoroughness and accuracy; proactively work with clients to gather data and follow-up on open items
  • Analyze and interpret detailed information and research according to client circumstances; a ssess problems and issues and interprets the implications for the client

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and CPA license
  • Knowledge of payroll preparation and payroll tax reporting
  • Knowledge of general ledger review and financial statement preparation
  • Advanced understanding of accounting procedures
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Pak Energy, or Sage Intacct is a plus
  • Authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship
