Assistent för Integrering av Nyanlända

We are seeking someone to work part-time at both our Östervåla and Sala locations with our integration program and projects. Helping migrants and refugees with practical Swedish language communication & conversation skills, self presentation, interview technique and preparation for their future working life in Sweden.

The participants that we assist in our Program are from various countries having varying native languages and differences in cultures. Our focus is to help them, within the scope of our Program, to become an inclusive and integral part of the community and feel accepted.

Each day is different and varied. You are probably a person who enjoys a dynamic environment and is able to adapt to change to meet the needs of the Program Participants. Participant groups are even numbers in gender with a wide age range from 20 to 60 years of age. A good understanding of English is essential.
