Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to lead daily office operations and serve as a key hub between our customers, field teams, and leadership.
  • This role combines operations management, customer service leadership, and administrative oversight.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Office operations run smoothly with clear systems and accountability
  • Customer inquiries and follow-ups are handled promptly and professionally
  • Billing, accounts receivable, and collections processes are organized and improving
  • Administrative team is aligned, supported, and productive
  • Leadership has improved visibility into key reports and office metrics

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
  • Supervise and support administrative staff
  • Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries
  • Support customer service and inside sales efforts
  • Assist with invoicing and oversee accounts receivable
  • Manage collections and key account follow-ups
  • Prepare client proposals and job documentation
  • Support onboarding logistics for new employees
  • Manage office supplies and vendors
  • Provide reporting and data tracking support
  • 5–10+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
  • Experience in a service-based or field operations environment preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to lead and prioritize

Education

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Equivalent experience will be considered

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
