Contract Management

Review, draft and validate a wide range of contracts Support internal teams in contract negotiations and transactions Ensure legal compliance of contractual engagements

Legal Advisory

Advise internal stakeholders on: Insurance law Corporate law Contract law Regulatory framework applicable to insurers Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business Provide clear, pragmatic legal opinions across various matters (commercial, governance, strategic topics) Support litigation matters in collaboration with external counsel

Corporate Governance & Housekeeping

Ensure compliance with corporate and governance regulations Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures Support the corporate secretariat function Interact directly with decision-making bodies (management, board, etc.)

Master's degree in Law (Belgian university) 2 to 5 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of corporate law Interest in insurance law and governance matters Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts Native French or Dutch, with a good command of the other language Proactive, curious, and autonomous High level of integrity and professionalism Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments
