Technical Support Leader Automation

We are now looking for a person who can drive the Roll-Out activities for Tetra Pak PlantMasterT Automation Platform in PLC/HMI solutions based on TPM Production Control (Focus Area PLC/HMI). This person will be involved in a highly professional environment on the cutting edge of manufacturing software development and deployment. Business Unit Plant Automation and Information Solutions (BU PAIS) develops and delivers world class automation platforms and services to our customers through Tetra Pak business units, packaging platforms and market companies. As the importance and demand for automation and information solutions increases, we are now strengthening our team to meet new expectations. The Plant Integration Support team acts as the channel to our market companies, packaging platforms and business units. The team is responsible for Roll-out, support, issue handling and training on the Tetra Pak PlantMasterT product portfolio (Tetra Pak proprietary software as well as solutions built on third party systems (Siemens S7 TIA, Rockwell RSLogix and Wonderware products). The position is based in Lund, Sweden and requires travelling of up to 20 %. What you will do -Plan and drive deployment activities of new SW releases with the development team, Perform and execute Tetra Pak PlantMasterT Automation Platform Support using our issue resolution platform -Support the development team with requirements and feedback about the Tetra Pak PlantMasterT Automation Platform -Create official training material and perform training sessions in cooperation with Tetra Pak Academy within this area of expertise -Validation and field test of the Tetra Pak PlantMasterT Automation Platform internally and externally to ensure the quality -Give support to and advise market companies and other users how to obtain the customer requirements using the Plant Automation Platform for Tetra Pak PlantMasterT installations -Coordinate activities for Automation Accounts, i.e. reviews, training, certification and support Who you are We believe that you are a person with excellent collaboration skills and customer focus. The ability to motivate, develop and train others is also of great importance. You like working close to the customers, towards set goals, have a problem-solving approach and like to work in a dynamic environment. -University degree in Automation Engineering or equivalent -Extensive experience in Siemens S7 TIA PLC -Extensive experience in integrated PLC/HMI systems for production environments -Experience in Wonderware HMI (System Platform, InTouch Modern App.) -Experience in MES and MS SQL database and Reporting Services technologies -Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge or experience within one or more of the following areas is considered a merit: -OPC standard communication, Wonderware MES and Tetra Pak PlantMaster Care to join?
