Your Role

- Build Strong Relationships – Connect with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
- Prioritise Well-being – Ensure every child’s safety, health, and overall development are always a top priority.
- Lead & Mentor Your Team – Guide, support, and motivate a team of Educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.
Do you have what it takes?
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
- Australian work rights
- Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
