Job Summary

  • The Materials Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all material transfers to the
  • production floor. They will achieve this by measuring and distributing ingredients and
  • components to all production teams per the daily recipes after QC checks verify. They will be
  • responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the assigned facility and
  • coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure ingredients are picked/ restocked for the next
  • day/shift. Essential Oil blending will be done by the Materials Coordinator. This position requires
  • a team player, being detail oriented, organized, and an overall servant attitude.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversees the measurement and distribution of ingredients and components to each

production team twice daily

  • Ensures that ingredients follow the Rowe Casa recipes and are inspected by the Quality

department

  • Counts and monitors required/set levels of all ingredients at the assigned facility
  • Coordinates with the Procurement and Receiving team to make sure all

materials/ingredients are stocked for next day's production in a timely manner

  • Verifies and communicates pick list quantities to warehouse team
  • Assist the production team when additional ingredients are needed throughout the day
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Note trends they see in material movements and work to increase efficiencies
  • Blends and maintains Essential Oils as needed
  • Performs all other duties and projects as assigned
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to accurately measure and organize ingredients
  • Ability to multiply recipes
  • Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
  • Proficient with Google Drive and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive work ethic and attitude
  • Great communication skills

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative duties
  • Minimum of 2 years of production or inventory experience

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
