Programme PMO Lead

As Program PMO Lead, you'll lead the Programme Management Office for the Landmark Programme, setting the governance, reporting, and delivery standards that support one of M&S's most significant transformation programmes. You'll provide strategic oversight, enable clear decision-making, and ensure senior stakeholders have visibility of programme performance, risks, and progress.

Working across M&S, systems integrators, and third-party partners, you'll play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence, embedding strong governance, and leading a high-performing PMO team to support successful programme outcomes.
