QA Engineering Leader: Strategy, Automation & Quality

Globe Telecom is seeking a QAE Head to define and drive the quality strategy across telco platforms and digital products. The role ensures quality from requirements to production, while leading QA teams, setting standards, and partnering with engineering, product and operations.

The candidate will lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers and QA managers, establish KPIs, and drive shift-left/right testing practices to achieve release readiness and robust automation initiatives.
