Franchise Relations Manager (Food and Beverages)

About The Role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
- Manages the daily workflow and operations of the Franchise Relations Department.
- Leads the company's franchising and business development initiatives.
- Develops, generates, and actively sources prospective franchisees through networking, lead generation, business development activities, and strategic partnerships.
- Identifies, qualifies, and nurtures potential franchise applicants from initial inquiry through the franchise sales process.
- Monitors and tracks the effectiveness of franchising campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Tracks franchising and business development data and prepares reports, analyses, and presentations for top management.
- Works closely with the executive team, marketing managers, and department heads to develop and execute franchising strategies for the company's brands.
- Conducts market research and analyzes industry trends to identify new markets, territories, locations, customers, and franchising opportunities.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and prospective franchisees to support business growth.
- Ensures all franchisees comply with brand standards, operating procedures, promotions, guidelines, policies, and regulations.
- Coordinates with internal departments to facilitate franchise onboarding, opening, and ongoing support.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in franchising, business development, franchise sales, or operations, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or restaurant industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in franchising, business development, or restaurant operations.
- Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and closing franchise opportunities .
- Strong understanding of F&B franchise operations , restaurant standards, and brand compliance.
- Experience in market research, territory development, site selection, and business expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare business reports and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel frequently for franchise recruitment, business development, site evaluations, store openings, and franchise support.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
