The assistant to Vice President Human Resources and Vice President Business Control in Powertrain Production is an active member of two teams, both regional HR team and regional Business Control team. You will be working with passionate, professional and ambitious colleagues that like to make a difference, continuously improve and have fun.

Your main task is to make the days of your managers efficient. Making things seamless by coordinating, planning, preparing and finding solutions to the unexpected requires someone with an excellent service mind. It is a social job with an intellectual challenge that requires you to be very well organized, have excellent communication and networking skills as well as having integrity and being good at prioritization.
