About The Role

COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV is looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that enable effective decision-making and provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities

Setting up audio-visual equipment
Support users of conference facilities during the meetings
Preparation and continuous update of existing Knowledge Articles
Performing ad-hoc services as requested by Head of Resources Unit or ICT Manager if all tickets have been fulfilled

Requirements

Proficient in M365 applications
Desktop support experience
Excellent communication skills, English level required C1
Minimum of 3 Years experience in Service Desk environment
Minimum of 3 Years experience in Desktop deployment of support
Experience in documenting support requests and resolutions
Remote access capability to troubleshoot issues on staff computers
Knowledge of M365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Environment, server hosting and associated services
Experience in troubleshooting desktop issues such as software installation, printer issues, and network connectivity issues
Familiarity with standard operating systems such as Windows and macOS
Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues on desktops and laptops
