• Strong business acumen and understands HR as one key driver contributing to overall business success
• Experience from having worked in a global context, has the ability to navigate a complex organization
• Experience in developing organizations and leaders
• +15 years of experience in a senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of both strategic and operational HR
• High integrity, strong communicator

Description

Based in the Volvo Group Headquarter in Gothenburg, you will be an integral part of the Volvo Group Executive Board. You will act as a strategic and innovative business partner with a strong orientation toward results. You will be responsible to drive a common HR agenda through a decentralized structure, supporting the strategy of the Volvo Group through strong collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation.
