1С Developer – Senior

Overview

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a 1C Developer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Purpose of the role

• You will contribute to the development and improvement of an internal ERP product by designing and implementing robust 1C:Enterprise solutions.
• Your role will involve working on complex integrations, enhancing existing modules, and exploring new technologies beyond the 1C stack.
• Collaborating closely with senior developers, you will help shape scalable, high-performing systems that support business operations and knowledge sharing across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development process of an internal ERP product;
• Work side-by-side with Senior 1C developers, contribute in common knowledge, investigate new technologies;
• Improve existing and implement new modules.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in 1C:Enterprise 8 development (managed forms, web client);
• Strong knowledge of standard 1C platform objects;
• Good analytical skills;
• Experience in financial reporting development;
• Experience with integrations via REST API, ADO, ODBC (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ is a plus);
• Readiness to learn new technologies beyond the 1C stack;
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English;
• Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral);
• Experience in developing custom 1C applications and working on large projects;
• Experience in database architecture development, ACID principles understanding.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the Standard Subsystems Library (SSL) and a solid understanding of its principles and components.
