The challenge

As a Service Lead at WirelessCar you will be part of the lead team in a customer program, securing our SLA and being main responsible for the program´s runtime activities. You will work closely with our customer.

The role covers both long term activities as well as acting on incidents in daily work.

You will be Product Owner for the team that works with service continuity in the program.

Long term view

You will have the overall view of the solution in production

Contribute to the quality and capacity roadmap for the solution in collaboration with the Program Architect

Contribute to our agile Way of Working in the program as well as taken an active part in developing it

Daily work

Your days will be different depending on the situation. It covers responsibilities such has

Drive activities to ensure SLA fulfillment for the solution

You will be in charge of the programs incident and change management activities, e.g. follow up on incident and quality

When incidents happens, you take an active part together with our support organization that the incident is solved and that the customer is informed

You will have a close collaboration with customer about planning, reporting and follow up on run time activities

You will be the product owner for the service continuity team in the program; owning the backlog and supporting the team in understanding why and what and being responsible for the prioritization as well as acceptance criteria

You will work in close collaboration and communication with other lead roles

You will be responsible for communicating runtime status of the program to internal stakeholders
