Who are you?

You have experience from product development and you are known for your integrity and trust, customer focus and good communication skills. Preferably, you have experience from testing, calculations or feature work and leadership or management. You are also recognized for your interpersonal savvy. Academic degree within engineering and leadership experience is preferred. The Hällered Proving Ground is part of the Feature Verification and Validation organization. Our responsibilities are to run complete vehicle tests concerning reliability, durability and functions both at the Hällered Proving Ground, but also at various test locations around the world. The features and function in our products is verified and validated by our professional drivers and mechanics through methods assimilating real customer usage.

As a manager you are a vital part of setting priorities as well as striving for all members of the team to develop their personal and professional skills.
