About The Role

Looking for a Clean, experienced Special chef who can make very good south indian dishes. The Chef also should be able to take care of all the other activities within the Premises. South Indian Chettinad and Parotta Chef should be the one who is making All the Chettinad Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Dishes. Should also make many vegan dishes.

Responsibilities are [Not limited to]

Make South Indian Parotta [Bread]
Vegan / Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Chettinad Dishes
South Indian Dum Biriyani [ Veg / Non Veg]
Making South Indian Sweets, Gulab Jamoon, Kesari

Along with that, should take care of Fire safety, Food control. Should have work experience in Sweden or Denmark or Norway. The South Indian Malmo is the first restaurant from The South Indian Group of Sweden.
