Who are you?

Since this is open for several recruitments, we are looking for persons who has a strong background in the technical areas of mechanical design, electrical engineering, and OBD/diagnostic engineering. Your personal profile need networking skills, excellent team work, investigation mind-set with fast feet, strong technical knowledge and passion for supporting end customer.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Engineering or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of engine development, project management and the development process
• Knowledge of diesel engines, marine environment and mechatronics
• Systematic & structured way of working

Fluent in Swedish and English

Being able to travel occasionally to customer sites Planning, Product Development and Purchasing

Who are we?

The Product Development unit is developing complete powertrain systems for industrial and marine applications. Our Product Quality department consists of a team of true technical investigators that handles quality problems that occurs at our customers. You will be one of 20 persons in the team that is passionate about solving problems and developing ideas with the target of minimizing down time for the end customer. In our department, we have a mix of all competences needed to solve any type of problem occurring at customer.

Job description

Work closely with colleagues in the team and our aftermarket department to analyse customer problems

Be one of the key persons that develop solutions for quality issues and execute from idea to operating solution at customer

Knowledgeable about your products behaviour and performance in the hands of the customers

Lead and drive root cause investigations with clear methods

Communicating quality cases with reports and presentations

Strong experience in your technical field and passion for root cause investigations
