This is an assignment at Bumper & Claddings within the Module Team Exterior Systems. The Bumper & Claddings team handles all exterior plastic parts under belt.

As System Engineer (SE) you will be responsible for all deliveries within the bumper system area in a specific project. This is a large area requiring senior skills and you will lead a team of between 5 and 10 engineers. The task will include a large variety of activities; conceptual design and vehicle balancing, technical lead as well as team lead but also requires skills in Catia as design engineer.

The work principles with in the Exterior System Module team are flexibility and the possibility to use what you excel at together with a strong sense of co-operation; this meaning that you as part of a larger team will also support activities in other areas as well as you will get support on your area.

Responsibilities and tasks

 Responsible for complete Front bumper system including Grille Shutter and Air guides

Will need work with balance of all front end

 Responsible for Rear Bumper System

 Concept definitions and attribute balancing

 Secure timely deliveries with right quality

 Report project issues and support need

 Secure technical fulfillment and including report any technical deviations

 Secure lessons learned for future projects

 Handle transfer from development phase to launch team for your parts
