Candidate

• We are seeking skilled Mechanical engineers to be part our design & engineering team in Pune. Working
• knowledge on Value engineering, concept development, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) /Design for
• Assembly (DFA), Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA) concepts is needed. An ideal candidate will have
• extensive experience in providing technical design on Mechanical hardware, Machine parts and Components for
• Semiconductor, medical or Industrial equipment Manufacturers

Key Responsibilities

• Predesign- Requirement collection, problem definition, gather technical information, effort estimation, and

clarifying customer goals.

• Concept Design- Brainstorm Multiple solutional approach, create concept sketches, feasibility analysis,

finalize acceptable solution with customer.

• Detail Design- Generating Specifications, mathematical calculations, detailed 2D design drawings,

• integration with electrical / electronic design modules, develop 3D models for simulations & test design for
• functionality, performance, strength and efficiency.

• Design Optimization - Develop Final BOMs and design documents for production, assembly instructions,

Quality control instructions using PLM tools.

• Design Updations- Correct and update old design documents for any changes made during production.

Update component libraries.
