Analyst Account Management - US Based Remote

The primary goal of the Account Management Analyst is to support the Account Management team in retaining and growing the client relationship. The Analyst will be accountable for accurate and timely reporting of client data, including providing analysis and recommendations based on relevant findings to drive the decision-making process and support business operations. Additionally, the Analyst supports the client engagement in preventing and addressing billing issues. The Analyst will also recommend and participate in longer term projects and work to create efficiencies across Account Management.
