Accounts Payable Associate

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Management of the travel expense management process. Training of new travelers. Ensure travel policies are adhered to and reiumbursements are made to employees.
• Set up new vendors in the system, review vendor information, vendor group, tax ID, and other documents depending on the required information per country.
• Process intercompany vendors (Terova) different from regular GF AP
• Review and improve AP process with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance Teams
• Improve AP process efficiency
• Responsible for being the Key User of AP Systems (Laserfiche, Kofax, and Microsoft Dynamics) work with IT to resolve issues and modify process if needed.
• Leader of AP Projects
• Generate and Assist AP Manager with month end reporting.
• Lead annual audits for the 3 countries, reports, documents, any audit request from external auditors.
• 20%-30% of the workload will be daily operation for an AP Associate.

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) in accounting or finance from a four year college or university.
• 5 or more years working in the Accounts Payable department.
• Government requirements for each country related to AP
• English profecency
• AP Systems.
• Solid computer skills – Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Strong Knowledge of the system D365
