About The Role

Responsible for washing all china , glassware, silverware, pots, pans and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen and banq u et department.
Responsible for breakdown of all boxes, emptying trash containers into the dumpster and cleaning all containers.
Clean walls in the kitchen as appropriate ; especially in dish room area. Clean floor mats, sweeps and mop entire kitchen floor daily.
Ensure the dish machine is operating effectively and reading at the appropriate temperature .
Assist with unloading and organizing shipments.
Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management .
