Working Student Legal fixed term (m/f/x)

We are looking for our office in Weil am Rhein as soon as possible for you as a Working Student Legal fixed term (m/f/x).

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with various departments to collect relevant information on data processing activities
• Support the establishment and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA / Verzeichnis von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten – VVT)
• Gather, document, and maintain compliance-related information in a structured and accurate manner
• Assist in ensuring that identified compliance requirements are properly documented and tracked
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and other business functions to support ongoing compliance initiatives

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, Business law, Compliance, IT Security, Data Protection, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Interest in compliance, data protection, and regulatory topics
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
