We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Digital Wealth Product Owner (Vice President) to define and execute the digital wealth strategy for affluent and mass-affluent clients. This role is responsible for driving digital wealth adoption, client engagement, investment activity, and revenue outcomes across existing digital wealth capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with Wealth Product, Advisory, Marketing, Data, Campaign, and Platform teams to shape the digital wealth agenda, optimize client journeys, and deliver business growth through increased utilization of digital wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial outcomes across digital wealth channels, including investment revenue, fresh funds growth, product penetration, new investment client growth, client engagement, and client retention.
  • Design and execute investment digital and advisory campaigns to drive activation, cross-sell, product penetration, and revenue growth.
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics, including investment revenue, product penetration, campaign effectiveness, digital engagement, and client activity, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Define and execute strategies to grow the wealth franchise by increasing the penetration, engagement, and progression of clients from Mass Banking to Affluent and Ultra-Affluent segments.
  • Leverage client insights and data analytics to identify opportunities to increase product penetration, investment activity, client engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Benchmark against leading wealth managers, banks, and fintechs to identify market trends, successful commercialization strategies, and opportunities to enhance product penetration, client engagement, and revenue growth across digital wealth channels.
  • Partner with Wealth Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, Campaign, and Distribution teams to drive product penetration, investment activity, and revenue growth.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Digital Wealth agenda, with the potential to build and lead a team as the function evolves.

Experience & Expertise

  • 10–12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Digital Wealth, Investments, or Digital Product Strategy.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, digital investing, advisory services, and client engagement models.
  • Proven track record of driving digital adoption, customer engagement, and business growth.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing business performance and growth metrics. Proven ability to drive business results without dependency on platform upgrades, leveraging existing capabilities to deliver immediate impact while influencing longer-term technology and platform roadmaps.
  • Experience leveraging data, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities to enhance customer engagement and personalization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within leading wealth management institutions, private banks, digital wealth platforms, or fintech organizations.
  • Experience from leading digital wealth organizations is highly preferred
  • Exposure to AI-driven personalization, digital advisory solutions, and customer engagement platforms.
