Job Description

The Office Coordinator interacts with patients, physicians, staff and equipment in support of Sleep Center staff performing clerical duties. Duties include scheduling, transcription, telephone interacts and administrative report processes. Participates in the ongoing Infection Control & Cleaning Logs by thoroughly maintaining accurate information to ensure departmental compliance. Completes special projects within the designated time frame, as assigned by the System’s Sleep Manager.Education:

  • Required: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Required: One year of office experience

Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of current medical terminology
  • Basic computer skills to include typing and Microsoft Office
