Purchase Engineer Hydraulics

Technical degree as engineer / industrial engineer (preferred to have a special focus on hydraulics)

Experience in purchasing department or engineering department

Structured and analytical way of working

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions.

Results oriented and pro-active attitude.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Willingness to travel

Drive supplier sourcing strategy and prepare supplier awarding for new parts, ensure the project schedule in respect to part deliveries

Lead technical discussions with suppliers and engineering. Organize technical supplier workshops and supplier visits

Initiate preventative quality in development phase

Focus on target costing, identify cost improvement ideas with suppliers

Involve in Innovation Feasibility Projects
