Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist protects TERREPOWER's cash flow by proactively managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts across the Lights and Wheels business units. You'll monitor accounts receivable aging, reach out directly to customers with past-due balances, and negotiate payment so outstanding balances get resolved before they become a problem.

This is a frontline financial-risk role: you're the one having the direct payment conversations, deciding when a credit hold is warranted, and flagging high-risk accounts before they turn into bad debt. You'll work closely with Sales and the broader Accounting team to balance firm collections practices with keeping good customer relationships intact.
